Harry Welby-Cooke is the joint Master Licensee and Country Partner for ActionCOACH Southern Africa. He is also an entrepreneur, professional speaker and a leading business and executive coach. Before spreading his entrepreneurial wings, Harry spent 12 years at Standard Bank in a variety of senior management positions across retail banking, credit and risk management. In 2006, he left to open his own management consultancy and in 2007, co-launched ActionCOACH in Southern Africa. Committed to the coaching and mentoring industry in South Africa, Harry was elected and served as National President of COMENSA (Coaches and Mentors of South Africa) in 2012 and 2013. Harry is co-creator of the ‘Saleability Model’, a business model created to build your business for sale, and the founder and CEO of LegacyBRANDZ, one of his ventures aimed at businesses with purpose, whilst facilitating the privilege of entrepreneurship for others.
