Matt Twilley is a Senior Business Leader driving digital innovation in AWS across EMEA. He works closely with AWS customers (from Start Ups to large Enterprises) to understand where there are customer challenges and opportunities that could well need the support of AWS solutions. Matt helps organisations to innovate with AWS through Culture of Innovation briefings, where you will hear about deep insights into how Amazon’s culture, mechanisms, technology and organization structure drives experimentation and innovation across the company. He helps you to Frame the Challenges fully prior to spending dedicated time at a Working Backwards from the Customer workshop where we dive deep into the opportunities together and drive solutions with bias for action and scale.

Matt works closely with the Sustainability Team to help bring customer closer to their CSR and UN SDG ambitions in the market place.

Prior to joining AWS Matt was the Head of Consulting and Innovation for MEA with Vodafone, working closely with customer to understand how the TelCo could help them achieve their innovation and strategic goals.

In his personal life, Matt is a keen cyclist, often cycling in the very early morning on the Al Qudra track in the Dubai desert. He enjoys travel, culture, trying international cuisine and experiencing local life across the world.
