After a successful career spanning 20+ years in the corporate world, eight of which were at board level, Pieter co-launched ActionCOACH South Africa in 2007, after deciding to pursue a career in business/executive coaching. He is the co-creator of "The Saleability Model", the creator of the "Generational Leadership Model" and has co-authored a book entitled "Hoe jy opstaan is wat saak maak" published by Carpe Diem Media. As one of the Country Partners for ActionCOACH Business Coaching,  he and his partner, have grown the brand into a 35+ strong franchise group across the country, Namibia, Botswana and Nigeria.
